General Information

Nanjing International Technology Transfer Center (NITTC) is a public service institution under direct jurisdiction of Nanjing Municipal Science & Technology Bureau (NSTB). NITTC, merged with former Nanjing Technology Market Administration, Nanjing Municipal Science & Technology Development & Exchange Center, Nanjing Municipal Science & Technology Leaders College for Advanced Studies, and Nanjing International Science & Technology Exchange Center, started functioning in April, 2008. It aims at improving service efficiency, strengthening S&T innovation and facilitating technology commercialization. NITTC is a window opened by NSTB to provide one-stop S&T service for the whole city. It is an important part of Nanjing regional innovation system.

S&T Administration

   ---- Verification of certified technology exchanges
   ---- Identification and registration of technology contracts
   ---- Identification of technological income which enjoys tax exemption
   ---- Approval of technological labor cost and bonus
   ---- Administration of S&T consulting industry
   ---- Processing of application of government science programs
   ---- Midterm inspection of science programs’ execution status

   ---- Collection, dissemination and matching of technology offers and requests
   ---- Organizing of exhibitions and B2B meetings both at home and abroad
   ---- Registration of developed S&T results
   ---- Facilitating IP exchanges
   ---- Brokerage of IP, esp. software copyrights

   ---- Building S&T resource-sharing platform
   ---- Consultancy on building of public technology platforms, engineering centers, and incubators
   ---- Management of large S&T equipment sharing network
   ---- Management of municipal science program administration info-system and experts data base
   ---- Providing Digital animated industry’s common technology facilities
   ---- Management of digital animated incubator

   ---- Trainings on S&T innovation, industrial policies, strategic decisions, and intellectual property issues
   ---- Trainings on preparation for China legal professional qualification exam and registered architect exam
